01What exactly does QuoteMap do?
You upload supported PDF or .xlsx quote documents from insurance carriers. QuoteMap extracts 26 fields per plan, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and premium rates, then builds a side-by-side comparison for you to review.
02Which carriers and file formats are supported?
QuoteMap supports quote formats from 20+ major carriers, including Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, Kaiser, and more. Upload up to 8 PDF or .xlsx files per analysis. You can review and adjust every extracted value before exporting.
03What counts as an analysis run?
One run is one new analysis, with up to 8 carrier documents processed into one comparison. Adding another document to that analysis, re-downloading it, or sharing it does not use another run. Plans range from 20 to 1,000 runs per month, and Enterprise includes unlimited runs.
04Can I try it before paying?
Yes — 3 full analysis runs, free, no card. Every feature is included during the trial.
05Is my client data secure?
Your documents are processed over encrypted connections and stored in your private workspace. They are never shared with other customers. Every license also uses one active session and multi-factor authentication. Email team@igriss.com with security questions.
06Can my whole team use one account?
Yes. Paid QuoteMap workspaces can support multiple seats. Contact us to add teammates so everyone can work from the same cases, analyses, and run pool.
07Can I put my agency's branding on the output?
On the Business plan and above, you can upload your agency logo and every exported spreadsheet and client share page carries your organization-wide branding.
08Can I cancel anytime?
Starter, Professional, and Business plans are month-to-month and can be managed from the billing page. Enterprise is sold on an annual agreement with a 10-seat minimum.
