Privacy Policy

1. Overview

QuoteMap is built by IGRISS LLC for insurance professionals. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your documents are used to run your analyses, they stay in your workspace, and we don't sell your data.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
  • Documents and case data: the carrier quote files you upload and the case details, comparisons, and exports generated from them.
  • Billing information: if subscription payments are enabled, they will be handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number on our systems.
  • Usage and log data: basic technical records of how the service is used, for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: running your analyses, storing your cases, generating exports and share pages, sending transactional email (like processing notifications), billing, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your documents for advertising.

4. Service providers

Your data is processed by a small set of providers, each for a specific job:

  • Railway: application hosting, database, private document storage, authentication infrastructure, and background processing.
  • OpenRouter: AI model access used to extract plan data from the documents you upload.
  • Google: optional Google sign-in.
  • Stripe: subscription billing when payment processing is enabled.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.

5. Security

  • Documents are transferred over encrypted connections.
  • Your workspace is private. Documents are never shared with other customers.
  • Multi-factor authentication is required on every license.
  • Each license runs one active session at a time.

6. Email comparison access

When you grant comparison access, we send a one-time access email to the address you choose. Access is limited to that comparison, can be revoked, and records the recipient email, saved changes, and timestamps for its edit history.

7. Retention and deletion

Your cases and documents stay in your workspace until you delete them. Deleting a case removes its uploaded documents and generated files from storage. To delete your entire account and its data, email team@igriss.com and we will complete it promptly.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the update here and change the date above.
