Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and IGRISS LLC (“IGRISS,” “we,” “us”) covering your use of QuoteMap, our insurance quote comparison service at quotemap.ai. By creating an account or using QuoteMap, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

QuoteMap extracts plan details from carrier quote documents you upload, presents them in reviewable side-by-side comparisons, and produces exports and share links you can use with your clients. The service is built for insurance professionals and their teams.

3. Accounts and licenses

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • Multi-factor authentication is required on every license.
  • Each license supports one active session at a time. Paid plans can add licensed seats per their tier.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and your team's seats.

4. Plans and billing

  • The free trial includes a limited number of analysis runs and does not require a credit card.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the plan's stated cycle. Plan limits (runs, seats, features) are described on the pricing page.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

The documents you upload and the comparisons, exports, and guides generated from them are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no uploading documents you lack the right to process, no reselling the service, and no use that violates applicable insurance, privacy, or other laws.

7. AI-assisted extraction

QuoteMap uses AI models to extract data from carrier documents. Extraction can contain errors, and the product is designed for review: every value is editable before you export or share. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to clients. QuoteMap does not provide insurance, legal, or financial advice.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep QuoteMap available and fast, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces your plan, we will tell you.

9. Termination

You may stop using QuoteMap and delete your cases at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will, on request, delete your stored documents as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGRISS's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
